you are having a problem with a SAM product or just to enhance
your knowledge, this is the place to be for fast answers to common
and obscure technical issues. All registered users of SAM products
have free maintenance for one year from date of purchase.
The
SAM Technical Support team is available from 9:00
AM to 5:00 PM Central time, Monday through Friday (except
holidays). Faxes, e-mails, and calls which are not taken "live"
usually receive a response within one business day, although occasionally
extraordinary conditions may necessitate a longer response time.
After
your free support expires, you can continue to receive the same
level of support with either our Annual
Subscription Plan or Pay Per Incident
service.
